The Greenhouse Daily Drop-Ins
Alexander Technique • Michael Chekhov Technique
The Greenhouse Digital Drop-Ins are 45-minute live Zoom sessions designed to help actors build a consistent training practice. Focusing on the Alexander Technique and Michael Chekhov Technique, these classes develop greater psychophysical awareness, concentration, imagination, and creative freedom through practical daily exercises.
Whether you’re preparing for auditions, rehearsals, or simply maintaining your craft between productions, these sessions provide a structured space to reconnect with your instrument and strengthen the foundations of your work. Attend individual sessions as your schedule allows, or join for a full week to establish a consistent training routine.
