From the very beginning of Greenhouse, we have been focused on arts education, as a pillar of development from childhood through adulthood. From internship and mentor programs to education technology partnerships, greenhouse offers wide solutions for institutions who recognize the objective developmental and enrichment benefits of an education in the arts.

Magpie Literacy

Over the past several years, Greenhouse has produced and shot hundreds of videos for magpie literacy’s expansive set of digital literacy tools. Magpie is a research and design organization focused on unlocking the great reader in every child.

Professional Acting Training

For years, Hazen Cuyler has taught technique and scene study classes. He trains actors in techniques which help them meet the demands of his direction. Very often, his students become his colleagues and act as part of the greenhouse ensemble. Michael chekhov, alexander technique, stanislavski’s system, as well as many others are incorporated.

Writer's Group

For years, Greenhouse has operated a bi-monthly writers group aimed at supporting professional and up-and-coming playwrights. In addition to regular meetings, we provide public and private readings to help further develop their works.
